Manchester City have reportedly jumped ahead of Arsenal in the race to sign Brighton & Hove Albion midfielder Yves Bissouma.
Bissouma has been with the Seagulls for the past three years, where he has developed into one of the Premier League’s best defensive midfielders.
He has been tipped to leave the club this summer, and it was recently claimed that the Gunners were favourites to sign him.
However, according to The Star, the Cityzens have now joined the pursuit, and have been tipped to land Bissouma.
The Cityzens are expecting the departure of Fernandinho when his contract expires at the end of the campaign.
While Rice could cost £90m in this summer’s transfer window, Bissouma is reportedly available for just £30m
