Manchester United midfielder Paul Pogba could reportedly join Real Madrid on a free transfer next summer.
The Frenchman has entered the final 10 months of his United contract, and he has no plans of extending his stay.
According to Defensa Central, Pogba has instructed his agent Mina Raiola to finalise his transfer to Los Blancos.
Paris Saint-Germain are also interested in his services, but Pogba has a long-term dream of playing for Madrid.
The 28-year-old believes he can be the centre of attention with the Spanish heavyweights unlike at Paris Saint-Germain.
United are still optimistic of convincing Pogba to stay, and the hierarchy could hold a fresh round of contract talks soon.
They will need to find a solution before January or else, Pogba can negotiate a pre-contract with an overseas club.
Juventus are also interested in re-signing him, but they may struggle to compete with Madrid in terms of weekly wages.
The World Cup winner could be eyeing around €600,000-per-week.
