Fulham will look to sign Liverpool duo Joe Gomez and Neco Williams on a permanent basis this summer.
The Cottagers are currently top of the Championship table with 77 points, 14 ahead of third-placed Huddersfield Town.
They are on course for automatic promotion in the coming weeks. There is bound to be plenty of investment thereafter.
A new centre-back is one of the club’s top priorities, and The Mirror claims that they may look into a deal for Gomez.
Fulham have a good working relationship with the Reds. They signed Williams on a temporary basis in January.
The Cottagers also agreed to sell Fabio Carvalho to the Reds in the same window, but a deal did not materialise in time.
Carvalho’s deal expires this summer, but reports claim that the clubs will negotiate a fee rather than organising a tribunal.
The Cottagers are hopeful of signing the England international while also turning Williams’ loan deal into a permanent one.
